Winter, what happens

  1. Cold, as sun is away
  2. Less outdoor activities, mostly indoors
  3. Less circulation, strong appetite
  4. The best time to upgrade our ability to upload nutrients
A good winter guarantees a good year

The trouble

  1. Usually we eat more, rest more
  2. Weight gain, sluggishness
  3. Exercise and circulation are low
  4. Nutrients are not assimilated properly
  5. Spring season agitates the mucus.
  6. This ends up in several conditions.
  7. If this doesn't happen, mucus contributes to dampness, fluid retention or fat accumulation.

Friends, I didn't get time to talk about the most powerful immune tonic in Ayurveda - Chyavan prash. This is great for preventing colds, coughs and flus. (Make sure if you buy this product it has palm sugar and not 72% white sugar.)

Indian goose berries alone are also powerful.
