Dagmar
has been practising Yoga for over 18 years and teaching since 2000 in
Germany and Australia. In 2004, after 5 years of training, Dagmar
received the Hatha Yoga teacher qualifications and further went on to
study with internationally recognised Yogini Kalij from the USA in the
basics and level 1 & 2 of TriYoga.
She has also
studied with Anna Troekes, Tom Machado, Jutta Pinter-Neise, Dr Babacar
Khane, Doris Echlin- Hug, Barbara Kosfeld, Monika Swoboda, Michael
Prochno and many others.
Dagmar and Ulrike Grunert were co-owners of a successful Yoga School in Noerdlingen, Germany, training over 200 students a week.
Dagmar
places high emphasis on synchronised breath, movements and mudras,
enabling clients to get in touch with their inner-self and remove the
illusory veil that stands between them and the animating force of live.
Dagmar s
enthusiasm, professionalism and energy are evident in her teaching
style, which inspires her clients and helps to create a relaxed,
harmonic atmosphere in which to practice Yoga.
She works with teachers and students from Cairns Schools, Shiatsu students in Zendo Health and her private clients.
